Sometimes disputes happen - and whether large or small, we can help. Completely understandably, most people are reticent to jump straight to using solicitors, as it quickly becomes expensive and convoluted, plus this tends to escalate the matter emotionally for all parties. However in most cases you need legal knowledge and business pragmatism to conclude disputes satisfactorily - this is where we come in.

Our core offering for dispute resolution is as follows:

• Appraisal of legal position and recommending an approach

• Working with clients to compile all necessary information and/or evidence (this simplifies negotiations, often puts the other party off taking formal legal action and indeed dramatically reduces legal costs if matters do progress to court)

• Writing open and without prejudice correspondence to other parties

• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients

• Acting as an appointed intermediary (paid equally by both sides of the dispute) to achieve a fair and pragmatic agreement
